We are seeking two highly motivated Research Assistants to join our Industrial Engineering and Management Research Unit at the University of Oulu. As a Research Assistant, you will work on a project focused on the circular economy of batteries, specifically investigating the potential for 2nd life (reuse) and recycling applications, or analyzing circular value chains and business models for batteries.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on the circular economy of batteries, focusing on either 2nd life (reuse) and recycling applications or circular value chains and business models.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement research plans and projects.
- Analyze data and results, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and reports.
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
- Excellent English language skills, with good Finnish language skills a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present research findings to various stakeholders.
