Key Responsibilities

The successful Scheduling Expert will be responsible for managing and coordinating project schedules to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
  • Analyze project data to identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular schedule performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or oil & gas projects.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining master project schedules based on industry standards.
  • Working experience with EPCM contractors and internal stakeholders in multidisciplinary projects.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge in Primavera P6 and Excel.
