About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at The Hub/Danske Bank. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily performance, operations, and work culture of our kitchen. You will be the right-hand person to our Venue Manager and will carry the leadership of the team during their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Daily Service: As a team captain, you will be responsible for running daily service with the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Ingredient Wastage Management: You will be responsible for managing ingredient wastage, ensuring that our kitchen operates in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  3. Quality Control: You will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standard of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet our expected level of quality.
  4. Venue and Menu Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that the venue and menu stay open and online, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: You will have at least 2 years of experience in shift management, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
  2. Good Attitude and Willingness to Learn: You will have a good attitude and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
  3. Strong Leadership Qualities: You will be a great team player with strong leadership qualities, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
  4. Communication Skills: You will have good communication skills in English, our working language.
  5. Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will be comfortable working in a tech-oriented and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  6. Valid EU Hygienic Passport: You will have a valid EU hygienic passport or similar.
  7. Negative Salmonella Test Results: You will have negative salmonella test results.
