About the Role

Eaton, a leading global manufacturer of critical power systems, is expanding its operations in Vantaa, Finland. As part of this expansion, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that our production lines and processes are optimized to meet increased demand without compromising quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Oversee updates to the quality management system and develop procedures relevant to expanded operations, ensuring compliance with adopted standards during capacity expansion.
  • Audit and Compliance: Assist in planning and conducting internal audits focusing on expanded areas, and collaborate with project teams to ensure product compliance according to regulations concerning increased capacity demands.
  • Lead Risk Assessments: Lead risk assessments for new/existing products and manage risk reduction measures.
  • Spearhead Process Development & Change Control: Drive process development initiatives aimed at improving production line capacities and efficiencies during scale-up phases. Implement effective change control strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements
  • A suitable degree in the field of engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or similar roles within manufacturing environments.
