Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, or Safety Engineering.
  • Strong overall knowledge of related engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in functional safety engineering, preferably in heavy process industries.
  • Proficient in IEC 61508 and/or IEC 61511.
  • Familiar with hazard studies (HAZID, HAZOP, etc.).
  • Skillful in SIL assessments, verification, and validation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Able to lead, guide, and influence others in a communicative atmosphere.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
