Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated HR Specialists to join our team in Vaasa for temporary contracts. As an HR Specialist of the Global HR Operational Services team, you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, managers and employees. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering HR support to the HR community, business managers and employees according to defined Service Level Agreements
2. Processing HR requests related to multiple service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Compensation & Performance, Payroll, and HRIS) for an assigned group of employees
3. Providing a high level of support e.g. via ticketing tool and phone service for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained
4. Identifying opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience with customers and taking the lead on process improvement projects
5. Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption
6. Preparing accurate reports and documents for internal customers and external authorities
7. Ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information, maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy and providing on-demand reports where required

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should have a B. Sc. or M.Sc. level degree from a relevant field, such as Economics or Administration. Additionally, your proficiency in HR practices and processes, as well as fluency in Finnish, will be highly valued. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in cross-functional teams, are also essential qualities for success in this role.
