About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our e-commerce solutions team as a SAP Commerce Lead Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch e-commerce solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex customer projects from design to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage project roadmaps, working closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality e-commerce solutions, leveraging your expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project scope changes, negotiate with customers, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering e-commerce solutions, with a strong understanding of business processes and core CX systems.
  • Expertise in SAP Commerce Solutions, with experience in other e-commerce platforms like Spryker or Magento a plus.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical teams, delegate effectively, and inspire confidence in your vision.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English, with the ability to work in a multivendor environment.
