B2B Sales and Growth Specialist

We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team in Oulu and help drive business growth in Nordic countries and Central Europe. As a key member of our international B2B salesforce, you'll be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with potential and existing clients. Your main focus will be on equipment manufacturers, silo/dryer operators, grain traders, cooperatives, and distributors.

Main Objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage regional marketing activities: trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Provide market insights for product development and management teams.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that drives innovative solutions.

This role requires:

  • A proven track record of growing B2B sales.
  • A proactive approach and positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
  • Ability to manage customer base and workflow based on company strategy.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), with German and/or Swedish being advantageous.
