Job Overview

In this role, you will serve as the global W+ Business partner, overseeing the finance and strategy function of our subscription program. This involves providing strategic finance support to the Global Subscription business team, developing financial insights and guidance to inform key decisions and strategies at scale. You will also lead the planning, forecasting, and reporting of one of our key planning modules, ensuring alignment between financial outlook and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on key business objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Financial Planning & Modeling: Develop and maintain the financial model, leading planning and modeling efforts to ensure accuracy and alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Investment & Capital Allocation: Drive recommendations around investment opportunities and capital allocation to optimize returns, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
  • Business Performance Improvement: Continuously monitor business performance, identifying trends and insights that can improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • >6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company.
  • Advanced modeling skills; ability to translate complex operational drivers into financial models.
  • A strong communicator, able to convey complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Proven success in project management, operational execution, and performance management.
