About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the compliance work across various business areas at SEB. As a member of our local Compliance team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from Group Compliance and other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective risk management.

You will be responsible for providing expert advisory services on compliance issues, identifying regulatory developments, and developing internal rules within the compliance area. Your ability to analyze complex information, structure tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide proactive and expert advisory services to the business and management on compliance matters.
  2. Assess and advise on regulatory risks associated with new products, processes, and services.
  3. Identify and stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory developments.
  4. Develop and maintain internal compliance rules and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Promote awareness and provide regular training on compliance issues to employees.
  6. Lead and coordinate investigations into incidents within the Compliance area.
  7. Perform compliance monitoring activities and report on outcomes.
