To keep up with our growing customer base, we're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team. In this position, you will oversee the data delivery for your own customer accounts. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the data meets our customers' expectations and requirements, delivering outputs on time, and assisting customers in maximizing the value gained from their data subscriptions. From the customer's point of view, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Upright's expertise - translating the data engine's output into the customer's business context. Additionally, succeeding in this role requires effective communication with both our analysts and the data team to ensure data quality and understandability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Serving as the primary contact for your assigned data subscription customers
  2. Proactively managing accounts to reduce churn and maximize upsell opportunities
  3. Coordinating internal and external processes and resources to ensure timely data delivery
  4. Supporting customers with inquiries and requests related to their data subscription
  5. Engaging in discussions with customers about feedback and product development ideas
  6. Funneling product development ideas from the customers to the product development team
  7. Demonstrating expertise in Upright's data and methodology
SIGNS OF BEING A GREAT MATCH FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
  1. Previous experience (2-5+ years) in customer-facing roles such as customer success manager, project manager, or similar, ideally in a technology company or consulting firm
  2. Comfort with diving into the details of Upright's data and methodology and working with data products
  3. Strong problem-solving skills
  4. An excellent can-do attitude
  5. A structured and organized way of working
  6. Exceptional communication skills in Finnish & English

  1. Understanding of and experience of the existing ESG landscape for corporations and in particular, EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
