Lead Mechanical Engineerin roolissa pääset visioimaan merkityksellisiä tuotteita laajalle, kansainväliselle käyttäjäkunnalle. Toimit uusien innovaatioiden ytimessä monialaisissa tuotekehitysprojekteissa, joissa mekaniikkaa yhdistetään elektroniikkaan ja muotoiluun saumattomasti toimivan lopputuotteen saavuttamiseksi. Työssä yhdistyy käytännönläheinen suunnittelu sekä projektin ohjaaminen, osallistut itse aktiivisesti suunnitteluprosessiin, mutta työ voi sisältää myös projektin toteuttamisen johtamista ja ohjaamista varmistaen, että koko tiimi saavuttaa asetetut tavoitteet. Toteutamme tuotekehitysprojekteja laajalla skaalalla ja työsi kohteena voikin olla esimerkiksi puettavia elektronisia laitteita, vihreää siirtymää edistäviä teknologiaratkaisuja tai muita uudenlaisia tuoteavauksia.

Millaista henkilöä etsimme?

Haemme tehtävään pääsuunnittelijatasoista tai pääsuunnittelijamaista roolia kohti etenevää henkilöä. Aikaisemman taustasi pohjalta sinulla on jo:

  1. Vahvaa kokemusta suunnittelu- ja tuotekehitystyöstä - Olet luonut vankan osaamisperustan ja nyt on oikea aika ottaa seuraava askel kohti vastuullisempia ja haastavampia projekteja.
  2. Kykyä toimia asiakasrajapinnassa kansainvälisessä ympäristössä - Suunnittelet ja toteutat tuotekehitysprosessia asiakkaiden tarpeet ja odotukset huomioiden sekä selkeästi ja avoimesti työstäsi ja sen etenemisestä kommunikoiden.
  3. Osaamista projektien ohjaamiseen - Ohjaat projekteja tehokkaasti niiden eri vaiheissa, osaat tunnistaa riskit ja reagoida niihin sekä hallitset myös haastavat tilanteet ja niihin liittyvän ongelmanratkaisun.
  4. Erinomaiset yhteistyötaidot - Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä sekä asiakkaan että sisäisen tuotekehitysorganisaatiomme kanssa ja ymmärrät monialaisen yhteistyön merkityksen tuotteiden kehityksessä.
  5. Itseohjautuvuutta ja suorituskykyä - Arvostamme kykyä ottaa vastuuta ja tehdä itsenäisiä päätöksiä.

Tekninen taustasi voi olla joko modernimpien teknologioiden tai perinteisemmän teollisuuden parista, ratkaisevaa tehtävässä on ongelmanratkaisukykysi sekä valmiutesi ottaa haltuun ja soveltaa uusia teknologisia ratkaisuja. Tehtävä pitää sisällään mekaniikan, elektroniikan ja muotoilun integroimista onnistuneeksi lopputuotteeksi, joten katsomme eduksi, jos olet jo aikaisemmin päässyt suunnittelemaan ratkaisuja ja ratkomaan haasteita näiden osa-alueiden leikkauspisteessä.
