About the Role

We invite applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Rock Engineering, which is an integral part of Aalto University's strategic focus area: Materials and Sustainable Use of Natural Resources.

The role requires a strong background in rock mechanics, rock excavation, and tunnelling in hard rock geological environments.
