About Insight Questor:

Insight Questor is an innovative fintech startup developing an AI-driven financial platform that provides personalized investment insights, stock market trend forecasts, and financial education.

We're aiming to democratize access to advanced financial tools globally, and we're seeking an experienced Co-Founder & COO to complement our CEO's strengths and drive strategic growth.

Who You Are:

  1. Experienced in fundraising with a strong network of investors
  2. Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close investment deals
  3. Entrepreneurial background in launching or scaling startups
  4. Comfortable managing business operations and strategic partnerships
  5. Proficiency in Russian (minimum B2 level)
  6. Collaborative and supportive, ready to complement rather than compete

What You'll Do:

  1. Lead fundraising activities and investor relations
  2. Manage day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives
  3. Develop and nurture partnerships to accelerate business growth
  4. Provide strategic input without overriding the CEO's vision
