As an Early Childhood Educator, you will contribute to the holistic well-being, growth and development of the children in the nursery in collaboration with your work community and families. At Touhula, you will have a say in your work, as we give you room to be active and come up with new ideas. As an employee, you are entitled to, for example, occupational health care at Pihlajalinna, an Epassi benefit of €200/year, a well-being allowance of €80/person/year, and refreshments at coffee breaks and work evenings.
The monthly salary of a full-time childcare worker in early childhood education ranges from EUR 2449,58 to EUR 2749,79 per month. The final salary will be determined on the basis of years of previous experience and specific skills.

- present a valid criminal record, as required by the Act on criminal background checks for persons working with children (504/2002). The employment contract is conditional until the presentation of a valid criminal record. The Communicable Diseases Act requires that workers with children under school age must be screened for the risk of tuberculosis infection.
Touhula Seaside International is an English-speaking daycare centre located in Keilaniemi, Espoo. Our daycare provides a relaxed and peaceful environment where fun, play and learning go hand in hand. Located steps from the Keilaniemi Metro Station, Seaside International has great access from the capital region and our playground overlooks the beautiful seascape of Keilalahti. Our educational philosophy is centered around children 0-6, as their happiness and healthy development is our ultimate purpose.
