Osana uutta strategiaamme kiihdytämme tahtia energiasiirtymässä ja nyt tehtävämme on myös rakentaa kansallinen, rajat ylittävä vetyverkko. Tämän mahdollistamiseksi vahvistamme osaajajoukkoamme ja etsimme vakituiseen työsuhteeseen sinua.

Projekti-insinööri

Projekti-insinöörinä tuet projektipäälliköitä nimetyissä projekteissa nykyisen metaanin ja tulevan vedyn siirtojärjestelmän putkistoinfran rakentamisen valmistelun, suunnittelun ja toteutuksen johtamisessa. Osallistut erityisesti vedyn siirtojärjestelmäprojekteihin. Tehtäviisi kuuluvat tyypillisesti fasilitointiin, hankintaan, neuvotteluihin, aikatauluhallintaan, kustannushallintaan ja dokumentointiin liittyvät tehtävät. Projekti-insinöörillä on valmius toimia vastuullisissa tehtävissä myös osaprojektin projektipäällikkönä.

Tehtäviisi kuuluvat mm.

  • Projektipäälliköiden tukeminen nimettyjen projektien organisoinnissa, valmistelussa ja toteutuksen suunnittelussa sekä dokumentoinnissa (mm. projektin tavoitteet, laajuus, aikataulu ja budjetti).
  • Projektisuoritteen raportoinnissa avustaminen ja projektien raportointimateriaalin tuottaminen esim. ohjausryhmätyöhön.
  • Tiivis yhteistyö projektien sisäisten ja ulkoisten sidosryhmien kanssa.
  • Palveluntarjoajien ohjaaminen ja Gasgridin eri yksiköiden yhteyshenkilönä toimiminen oman vastuualueen osalta.
  • Projektitoiminnan kehittämiseen sekä erikseen sovittaviin yhtiötä ja yhtiön strategiaa tukeviin hankkeisiin ja kehitystehtäviin osallistuminen.

Tehtävässä raportoit projektitoimiston päällikölle, ja työskentelypaikkakuntasi on Espoo tai Kouvola.

Meistä olisi huippua, jos sinulla olisi:

  • Vähintään viiden vuoden kokemus projekteissa työskentelystä, kokemuksesi voi olla hankittuna esimerkiksi tilaajan/omistajan, konsultointiyrityksen (EPCM) tai rakennuttajatoimen kautta.
  • Kokemus kaasu-, öljy- tai kemianteollisuudesta tai prosessiteollisuudesta katsotaan eduksi.
  • Soveltuva tekninen tai projektitoiminnan koulutustausta.
  • Hyvät vuorovaikutus- ja tiimityöskentelytaidot.
  • Oma-aloitteisuutta, itsenäistä ja aikaansaavaa työskentelyotetta sekä hyvää priorisointikykyä.
  • Innostusta perehtyä vetyteknologiaan ja uudentyyppisen infrastruktuurin suunnitteluun, rakentamiseen ja rakennuttamismallien kehittämiseen.
  • Kokemusta suunnittelu- ja rakennuttajakumppaneiden kanssa toimimisesta.
  • Sujuvan suomen ja englannin kielen suullinen ja kirjallinen osaaminen.

Työtehtävässä on kyse turvallisuusselvityslaissa (726/2014) tarkoitetusta tehtävästä, minkä vuoksi hyväksytty turvallisuusselvitystä koskeva todistus/lausunto on yksi tehtävän täyttämisen edellytyksistä. Valitulle henkilölle tehdään terveystarkastus, johon sisältyy huumausainetestaus.
