What will you be doing:

• Analyzing project requirements and developing comprehensive tender proposals that meet customer needs.
• Researching optimal technical-commercial solutions to enhance competitiveness.
• Collaborating with sales, engineering, and project management teams for accurate tender submissions.
• Providing technical support throughout the tendering process, addressing queries and participating in customer meetings.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for tendering processes and tools.
• Ensuring thorough understanding and mastery of all project aspects, from technical proposals to cash flow.
• Maintaining consistency across projects, incorporating lessons learned, risks, and execution strategies.
• Understanding the entire lifecycle of a project from tendering to execution.

What You Bring:

• A suitable education such as a degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Power Systems, or related field).
• Understanding of power system design and engineering principles, with experience in tendering or project management.
• Proven track record of successful tender submissions and customer engagement in the power systems industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving requirements.
• Fluency in Finnish for local communication and proficiency in English for zone-level interactions.
