Advisense on johtava hyvän hallinnon (governance), riskienhallinnan (risk) ja vaatimustenmukaisuuden (compliance) asiantuntijatalo. Etsimme nyt Advisensen Suomen Audit & Control -tiimiimme uransa alkuvaiheessa olevaa riskienhallinnan tai tarkastuksen asiantuntijaa. Sisäisen tarkastuksen, arvioinnin, tilintarkastuksen tai riskienhallinnan työkokemus katsotaan eduksi, mutta sitäkin tärkeämpää on asenne ja halu oppia uutta.

Työtehtävästä

Sisäisen tarkastuksen ja kontrollien palvelut ovat olennainen osa palveluvalikoimaamme. Tiimissämme olet mukana tarjoamassa arviointi- ja neuvonantopalveluita asiakkaillemme. Työtehtäviisi kuuluu monipuolisesti asiakasprojektit, erilaisten esitys- ja tarjousmateriaalien valmistelu sekä sisäinen kehitystyö. Tukenasi ovat koko globaalin konsernimme kokeneet asiantuntijat ja heidän osaamisensa. Työssäsi pääset myös kehittämään moderneja ja tehokkaita toimintatapoja sekä kasvamaan asiantuntijana omien kiinnostuksen kohteidesi mukaisesti. Emme tyydy tekemään asioita kuten ennen, vaan haluamme olla luomassa uutta tapaa toimia.

Toivomme sinulta

Roolissasi toimit riskienhallinnan ja sisäisen tarkastuksen asiantuntijana asiakasprojekteissa. Päästäksesi loistamaan tehtävissäsi toivomme sinulta osaamista kyseisiltä alueilta. Se, miten kohtaat toisen ihmisen ja miten haluat kehittää itseäsi, on meille keskeistä. Riippuen taustastasi ja tavoitteistasi meillä on mahdollisuus räätälöidä sinulle sopiva toimenkuva.

Sopiva korkeakoulututkinto auttaa tässä tehtävässä ja ympäristössä toimimista. Data-analytiikan osaaminen katsotaan eduksi. Saat tehdä töitä myös kansainvälisten asiakkaidemme kanssa, joten sujuva englannin kielen taito on hyödyksi. Ruotsin kielen taito on eduksi.

Odotamme sinulta:

  • ylempää korkeakoulututkintoa (kauppatieteet/hallintotieteet/muu soveltuva tutkinto tai relevantti työkokemus)
  • yhden – kahden (1-2) vuoden relevantti kokemus riskienhallinnan tehtävistä, konsultoinnista tai tarkastamisesta on eduksi
  • asiakaslähtöisyyttä ja rohkeutta tarjota aidosti toimivia ratkaisuja asiakkaille
  • valmiutta omaksua laajoja kokonaisuuksia
  • data-analytiikan tai visualisoinnin kokemus katsotaan eduksi
  • kykyä työskennellä suomeksi ja englanniksi, ruotsin kieli on eduksesi.

Yrityksestä

Advisense on perustettu vuonna 2008 ja siitä asti olemme laajentaneet toimintaamme asiantuntemuksemme avulla kasvaen samalla johtavaksi hyvän hallinnon (governance), riskienhallinnan (risk) ja vaatimustenmukaisuuden (compliance) asiantuntijataloksi. Meillä on toimipisteet seitsemässä eri maassa kotimarkkinamme ollessa Eurooppa.

Yhdistämme sääntely-, turvallisuus-, teknologia- ja riskienhallinta-asiantuntemuksen neuvoaksemme ja haastaaksemme alaa huippuluokan näkemyksillä ja kokemuksella ja tukeaksemme asiakkaitamme kaikissa vaiheissa analyysistä ja neuvonnasta toteutukseen ja toimintaan.

Meitä on globaalisti noin 500 asiantuntijaa ja toimintamme kasvaa jatkuvasti. Kansainvälinen yhteistyömme eri maiden välillä mahdollistaa asiakkaidemme tukemisen entistä tehokkaammin. Suomessa meitä on yli 40 asiantuntijaa.
