Millaista arjen työ meillä on?

Test Managerina toimit avainroolissa tunnettujen suurien asiakkuuksien projekteissa yhdessä muiden konsulttiemme kanssa. Työnkuvasi pitää sisällään testauksen koordinointiin, tekniseen toteutukseen ja testauksen kokonaisuuden kehittämiseen liittyviä työtehtäviä. Roolissasi vastaat aikataulujen sujuvuudesta sekä yhdessä tiimin kanssa mahdollistat projektin onnistumisen. Toiminnallasi ja ongelmanratkaisukyvyilläsi olet myös alati valmiina reagoimaan ja tekemään muutoksia, jos projektitilanteet näin vaativat. Tässä tehtävässä saat upean mahdollisuuden toimia päivittäin erilaisten sidosryhmien ja verkostojen kanssa. Projektien keskellä raportoit sekä konsultoit havainnoillasi asiakasta ja/tai heidän projektiryhmäänsä.

Mikä edesauttaa tehtävässä onnistumisessa?

Sinulla on soveltuva IT-alan tutkinto ja jo useamman vuoden ajalta kertynyttä työkokemusta testausprojektien johtamisesta. Erityisesti työkokemus ERP-järjestelmien laadunvarmistuksesta tai yrityksen liiketoimintaprosessien kehittämisestä ERP-järjestelmissä on suureksi hyödyksi. Pystyt hahmottamaan kokonaisuuksia ja ymmärrät end-to-end -prosessien merkityksen. Asiantuntijuutesi kautta ymmärrät laadun merkityksen liiketoimintaprosessien kehittämisessä sekä osaat selventää tämän sujuvasti myös asiakkaan suuntaan.

Asiantuntijana sinua helpottaa suuresti työarjessa, kun olet järjestelmällinen ja analyyttinen ongelmien ratkoja. Sinulla on konsulttilähtöinen työskentelytapa ja kommunikoit vakuuttavasti suomeksi ja englanniksi. Saavuttaaksesi projektien vaatimia tavoitteita, viet asioita eteenpäin määrätietoisesti ja pystyt perustelemaan näkemyksiäsi uskottavasti.
