Etsimme Windows-asiantuntijaa CSC:n henkilöstön työasemien sekä työasemien hallintaan liittyvien järjestelmien ylläpitoon. Tule mukaan ammattitaitoiseen tiimiin, joka ylläpitää ja kehittää sujuvaa ja turvallista työvälinekokonaisuutta CSC:n lähes 700 hengen henkilöstön tarpeisiin. Tiimimme vastaa päätelaitteiden ylläpidosta (Windows, macOS, Linux), servereiden ylläpidosta sekä henkilöstölle tarjottavan sovellusvalikoiman ylläpidosta. Työmme ansiosta CSC:n henkilöstön IT-arki rullaa

Tässä tehtävässä pääset sukeltamaan laitehallinnan ja ylläpidon maailmaan sekä hyödyntämään asiantuntijuuttasi uusien käytänteiden kehittämisessä. Pääset heti mukaan laitehallinnan kehittämisen projektiin. Ratkot myös monipuolisia ja haastavampia tukipyyntöjä yhteistyössä muiden ylläpitäjien kanssa, kehität uusia ratkaisuja sisäisten sidosryhmien tarpeisiin Windows-ympäristön tarjoamilla työkaluilla ja käytät osan ajasta oman osaamisesi kehittämiseen. Mikäli tehtävä sijoittuu Kajaaniin, tehtävänkuvaan kuuluu pienessä määrin paikallisia IT-tuen tehtäviä.

Mitä odotamme sinulta:

  • Vahva kokemus työasemaylläpidosta suuressa organisaatiossa
  • Vahva kokemus laitehallinnasta (SCCM, Intune)
  • Käyttäjänhallinta AD:lla ja EntraID:ssa
  • Tietoturvaosaaminen vastuualueella, erityisesti Windows-työasemat, laitehallinta, käyttäjähallinta
  • PowerShell-automaatio
  • Kyky itsenäiseen työskentelyyn
  • Suulliset ja kirjalliset asiakaspalvelutaidot sekä suomeksi että englanniksi

Tehtävänkuva muotoutuu valittavan henkilön osaamisen, kokemuksen ja ryhmän tarpeiden perusteella.

Tarjoamme kattavat työterveyspalvelut, laajan terveysturvavakuutuksen ja etätyövakuutuksen. Työpäivän aikana käytettävissä on lounasetu, ja vapaa-ajan harrastuksia tuemme liikunta- ja kulttuurieduilla.

Tehtävään valittavalle henkilölle tullaan teettämään huumausainetesti ja perusmuotoinen turvallisuusselvitys. Perusmuotoinen turvallisuusselvitys ilman huomautuksia on edellytyksenä työsuhteen solmimiselle.
