Hae mukaan Epicalin Future Data & Analytics Professionals -koulutusohjelmaan, jossa syvennytään workshopien, ryhmämuotoisen työskentelyn ja oikeiden konsultointitoimeksiantojen avulla alan keskeisimpiin data- ja analytiikkatyökaluihin, pilviteknologioihin, projektimuotoiseen työskentelyyn sekä konsultointitaitoihin.

Mistä on kyse?

Future Data & Analytics Professionals-ohjelma käynnistyy Espoossa toukokuussa, ja se sisältää sekä opetuksellisia valmennusosioita, että työssä oppimista kokeneempien konsulttien ohjauksessa asiakasprojektissamme. Käymme noin 4 kuukauden mittaisessa ohjelmassa (hengähdystauko heinäkuussa) läpi eri teknologioita tiedonhallinnan ja analytiikan näkökulmasta. Ohjelman aikana perehdymme muun muassa Microsoftin data- ja analytiikkatyökaluihin, SQL:ään sekä ETL/ELT-kehitykseen.

Syvennymme myös analytiikan merkityksellisyyteen liiketoiminnan kasvun kannalta. Koulutusjakson aikana pääset myös tavoittelemaan aihepiiriin liittyviä sertifikaatteja ja koulutusjakson päätyttyä työllistyt mukaan asiakasprojekteihin Junior konsultin roolissa. Koska konsultoinnissa ei ole koskaan kysymys pelkästä teknologiasta, syvennymme ohjelman aikana myös konsultointitaitojen ja nykypäivän työelämässä laajemminkin tarvittavien projektityöskentelytaitojen kehittämiseen. Osana Epicalin data- ja analytiikan oppimisyhteisöä olet mukana kannustavassa porukassa, jossa autetaan, tuetaan ja pidetään myös hauskaa.

Työsuhde on vakituinen ja palkallinen heti alusta lähtien, sekä alkaa sopimuksen mukaan – kuitenkin viimeistään toukokuussa. Ohjelman jälkeen sinulla on valmiudet työskennellä Junior- konsulttina sinulle nimetyssä asiakkuudessa ja projektitiimissä.

Mitä työ data- ja analytiikkakonsulttina Epicalilla on?

Data on yrityksen menestymisen kannalta yhä tärkeämpi voimavara. Datan määrä kasvaa huimaa vauhtia ja sen hyödyntämismahdollisuudet ovat lähes rajattomat. Lisäksi pilvipalveluihin siirtyminen mahdollistaa pääsyn dataan ajasta ja paikasta riippumatta. Me Epicalilla autamme asiakkaitamme datavirtojen hallinnassa ja sen järkevässä hyödyntämisessä. Varmistamme, että asiakkaidemme dataa säilytetään turvallisesti ja että päätösten pohjana oleva data on laadukasta. Haluamme tuottaa asiakkaillemme lisäarvoa laadukkaiden analytiikkaratkaisujen avulla. Konkreettisesti tämä tarkoittaa esimerkiksi reaaliaikaisen raportointiratkaisun rakentamista asiakkaalle. Junior-konsulttina tehtävänäsi osana isompaa tiimiä voi esimerkiksi olla dataputkien rakentaminen tietolähteistä tai analytiikkaratkaisuiden luominen. Työviikkoihisi kuuluu käytännön kehitystyön lisäksi yhteistyötä ja erilaisia tapaamisia kollegoiden ja asiakkaiden kanssa.

Tulevaisuudessa rooliasi voidaan muotoilla omien tavoitteiden mukaisesti – pääset kasvattamaan asiantuntemustasi asiakasprojekteissamme esimerkiksi tietoarkkitehtuurien, mastertiedon hallinnan, tietomallinnuksen ja tietovarastoinnin parissa, sekä erilaisten analytiikka- ja AI-ratkaisujen kehittämisessä.

  • Olet valmistumassa tai hiljattain valmistunut joko kaupallisen tai tietoteknisen alan ammattikorkea- tai korkeakoulusta tai muuten etsimässä kiihdytyskaistaa urallesi
  • Haluat kehittyä tiedonhallinnan ja/tai analytiikan asiantuntijaksi sekä työskennellä konsulttina asiakasrajapinnassa
  • Työ- tai opiskelutaustasi on teknis- tai liiketoimintapainotteinen, ja työssäsi tai opinnoissasi on ollut vahva fokus esimerkiksi järjestelmien kehittämisessä, ohjelmoinnissa tai konsultoinnissa
  • Olet työelämässä tai opinnoissasi saanut perusvalmiuden relaatiotietokantoihin ja SQL:ään
  • Olet kiinnostunut rakentamaan pitkäjänteisesti uraasi jatkuvan oppimisen kautta datan ja analytiikan kärkikonsultiksi
  • Tehtävässä onnistumista tukee aikaisempi kokemus Pythonista
  • Pystyt työskentelemään sujuvasti sekä suomen- että englannin kielellä
