Haemme vahvistusta vauhdikkaaseen kasvuyritykseemme vastaamaan Greenstepin teknisistä ratkaisuista, näiden kehittämisestä ja tietoturvatyöstä. IT Managerina työskentelet globaalissa ympäristössä. Olet päävastuullinen koko konsernimme IT:stä, mutta pääsääntöisesti työssäsi korostuvat arjen tasolla Pohjoismaiden ja Baltian tarpeet ja tilanteet.

Vauhdikkaassa kasvuympäristössämme tarvitaan hyviä projektinhallinnan kykyjä myös kiireen keskellä. Tehtävä sopii sinulle, joka olet valmis käärimään hihat ja selvittämään myös akuutteja käytännön haasteita. Tarjoat tarvittaessa opastusta käyttäjille läpi Greenstepin ja tuet tarpeen tullen myös ulkoistettua service deskiämme.

Työnkuva on osin räätälöitävissä vahvuuksiesi mukaan, olit sitten erikoistunut tekniseen tietoturvaan tai tietoturva-hallintojärjestelmiin. Odotamme kuulevamme sinusta

Roolistasi ja sidosryhmistäsi Greenstepillä:

Tehtävässä vastaat tietohallinnosta kokonaisuutena, yhdessä yhteistyökumppaneidemme kanssa. Tehtäviisi kuuluu mm. projektijohtaminen, valvonta, kehitys, dokumentaatio, ylläpito ja päivittäisen toiminnan varmistaminen sekä kehitys yhteistyössä liiketoimintojen kanssa. Työskentelet vastuullisessa ja itsenäisessä roolissa, jossa toimit koko organisaation yhtenä tukihenkilönä tietoteknisissä kysymyksissä. Erityisenä fokusalueena on Microsoftin ympäristön turvaaminen, IT-toimittajien hallinta (SOC + Servicedesk + Asiantuntijat). Tukenasi työskentelee ulkoistettu IT-tiimi sekä yli 100 teknisesti asiantuntevaa greenstepiläistä, jotka auttavat sinua tehtävässä. Asiantuntevaan Greenstepin porukkaan kuuluu mm. Azure-arkkitehtejä, kehittäjiä (esim. Python, Ruby ja JavaScript), automaatioasiantuntijoita sekä analyytikkoja.

Tehtävässäsi painottuu myös tietoturva, tietoturvavastaavana varmistat, että tietoturvallisuusriskit tunnistetaan, arvioidaan ja tietoturvallisuuden takaamisen edellyttämiin toimenpiteisiin ryhdytään. Et ole yksin tietoturvan kanssa, vaan tukenasi on Compliance-tiimi, business-IT-asiantuntijoita sekä Greenstepin CTO. Otat kantaa juokseviin tietoturvallisuuskysymyksiin ja koordinoit keskustelua sekä vastaat ohjeistamisesta talomme tietoturva- ja tietosuojakysymyksissä.

Roolisi kautta olet osana ISO27001-standardin vuosikellon hallinnassa. Muihin vaihteleviin vastuihisi tulee kuulumaan tietoturvatestauksen hallinta, IT-toimittajien hallinta sekä laadun, luotettavuuden ja kustannuksien seuranta.

  • Aitoa halua kehittyä ja kehittää, toimit luovasti ja ketterästi kehitystyössä. Toivomme sinulla olevan kykyä ja halua kasvaa modernin työyhteisön tietoturvavastaavaksi. Arvostamme aiempaa kokemusta vastaavasta tehtäväkentästä.
  • Olet järjestelmä- ja prosessiorientoitunut. Sinulla on hyvä Microsoft-tuotteiden (Azure ja M365) osaaminen.
  • Soveltuvaa koulutustaustaa (esim. tradenomi, insinööri, DI, tietojenkäsittelyn FM).
  • Arvostamme aiempaa kokemusta teknisestä konsultoinnista ja tietoturvatyöskentelystä; tietoturvatekniikoista kuten tietoturvasuojauksesta ja tietoturvallisten ympäristöjen suunnittelusta ja toteutuksesta.
  • Powershellin, Pythonin tai muiden ohjelmointikielien osaaminen ja/tai sertifiointi, esim. Azuressa ja osaaminen esim. ISO27001 tai ISO9001, SOC2-laatujärjestelmistä ja auditointiprosesseista katsotaan myös etuna.
  • Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää sujuvaa englannin ja suomen kielen taitoa. Ruotsin kielen osaaminen katsotaan eduksi.

Näemme etuna aiemman mahdollisen kokemuksen projektinjohdosta ja työasemien hallinnoinnista. Toimintaympäristömme keskittyy konsultointiin ja taloushallintoalaan, joten ymmärrys näistä voi edesauttaa sukeltamistasi vauhdikkaaseen Greenstepin arkeen. Työssä onnistuminen edellyttää laaja-alaisen tietoteknisen osaamisen lisäksi oma-aloitteisuutta, hyviä kommunikointitaitoja ja hyviä projektijohtamistaitoja sekä aitoa kiinnostusta järjestelmätehtäviä kohtaan. Sinulla on proaktiivinen, tarkka ja ratkaisukeskeinen työskentelyote. Omaksut uusia ja monimutkaisiakin asiakokonaisuuksia ja viihdyt roolissa, jossa pääset kehittämään ja kehittymään.
