Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland Oy Samlink Ab Full time

Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

Samlink is a Kyndryl company.

As a Cyber Security Product Manager, you will be the visionary behind our product strategy, crafting and executing a roadmap that aligns with our company's goals. You will stay ahead of technology and market trends, understand the competitive landscape, and anticipate customer needs to drive future development and business growth. Your role will encompass overseeing the entire product lifecycle, ensuring sustained success and customer satisfaction. In the development projects you ensure that client business needs and problems are accurately identified and verified, and that feasible solutions are designed and developed.

This role is an opportunity to push boundaries and think outside the box. You will define software solutions that go beyond the expected, leveraging your creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to exceed customer expectations and drive organizational success.

Collaborating closely with a cross-functional internal team of experts and customers, you will define solutions that not only solve technical challenges but also bring business benefits. A solid understanding of Agile Scrum ceremonies is essential for this role.

In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth:

  • Flexible Working Hours: Options for flexible schedules and remote work.
  • Continuous Learning and Mentorship Programs: Opportunities for training and professional development.
  • BeWell: Comprehensive wellbeing services (Employee Assistance Program) for employees and their families, providing a broad range of accessible programs, policies, and practices that support physical, mental, social, and financial well-being.
  • Company Events: Team-building activities and social events.
  • Company-Provided Mobile Phone: Mobile phones are provided for work and private use.
  • ePassi: Digital solution for lunch, wellness, sports, culture, and commuting benefits.
  • Bicycle Benefit

Please note that our offices are located in Espoo and Jyväskylä, and the candidate would need to be based in these areas.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Armed with Cyber Security knowledge, you will lead the roadmap planning for the best security practices, risk management strategies, and robust security policies that will protect the customer data and meet regulatory compliance requirements. You won't stop at providing advice; you'll roll up your sleeves and get hands-on. Designing security controls, policies, and procedures will be your playground. You'll work alongside our cross-functional teams to develop state-of-the-art technologies. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you're open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in the cybersecurity in Finnish financial landscape, preferably in a bank
  • Proven track record of developing software products
  • Strong understanding of product management and software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust both internally and with clients
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with a hands-on attitude
  • Business acumen to understand customer needs and align software development with business objectives
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices
