Role Overview:

As our Salesforce Specialist, you'll be the glue that keeps our CRM strategy aligned with our business needs, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and success. From mentoring colleagues to crafting actionable data insights, you'll play a crucial role in making Salesforce a driver of growth for Smartvatten.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure we stay ahead of industry trends while reducing reliance on external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Optimization:
    • Assess and enhance our current CRM setup for streamlined, efficient processes.
    • Regularly audit and optimize Salesforce performance to meet evolving business needs.
    • Develop Salesforce architecture overviews, roadmaps, and process charts.
  2. Internal Knowledge Building:
    • Mentor team members and foster in-house expertise.
    • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for users.
    • Maintain detailed and user-friendly documentation for internal use.
  3. Cost Management:
    • Evaluate and implement cost-efficient Salesforce solutions.
    • Collaborate with finance to manage budget impacts and optimize partner collaboration.
    • Eliminate redundant processes and simplify workflows.
  4. Governance & Best Practices:
    • Stay informed about Salesforce trends, governance, and compliance requirements.
    • Establish best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  5. Data & Reporting:
    • Customize dashboards and reports to analyze trends, track performance, and inform sales strategies.
    • Handle data imports, exports, and mass updates to maintain data integrity.

What We Expect From You:

  1. Experience: Proven experience 3-5 years of direct Salesforce consultation, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  2. Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
  3. Mentorship: Enjoy coaching team members and promoting user adoption of Salesforce tools.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and familiarity with JIRA.
  5. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing priorities effectively.
  7. Customer-Driven Mindset: Align Salesforce with both internal goals and customer needs, ensuring seamless processes across teams.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Understanding of customer-centric strategies and metrics.
  2. Experience creating and managing user communities or forums.
  3. Interest in sustainability and meeting partners or customers at events or in-person meetings is a big plus.

Office locations: We are an international company and have offices in Espoo, Kokkola, Pirkkala, Kista, Oslo, Berlin, and Amsterdam. This role is available in any of the locations.
