Digital Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will drive various marketing initiatives for our Individual Renewal offering, including the Hanken Executive MBA programme and other education programmes. You will independently plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads. You will manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with business objectives and effectively reach target audiences. This also entails updating and improving website and marketing materials.

A key part of your role is taking care of the whole life cycle of paid advertising campaigns from creating, managing, and refining the campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates. With a data-driven approach, you will analyse marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimise strategies to maximise impact.

You will also develop compelling marketing content, maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels. Additionally, you will design and refine PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials to support branding and communication initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales and programme teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented and analytical marketer who thrives in a small agile team and is eager to contribute broadly to the success of a dynamic team.

To succeed in this role, you:
  • Have strong knowledge of marketing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), and experience in managing paid B2B campaigns effectively
  • Can run multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, enhancing lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Have a keen eye for visual design to develop marketing content while maintaining brand identity and consistency across all channels
  • Are proficient in PowerPoint and InDesign to create high-quality presentations that align with the brand's look and feel
  • Are comfortable interpreting marketing analytics and performance metrics to refine strategies and optimise ROI, as well as turn data points into efficient communication
  • Have experience in using CRM systems (we use Hubspot)

We expect from you:
  • At least two years of relevant marketing experience
  • At minimum bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong written and spoken language skills in Swedish, Finnish and English
