Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland Enento Group Full time

Would you like to work in an organization where the work you do is meaningful and will have a direct impact on the lives of millions of people and businesses? Our core business is data and how it can be utilized, to help our customers make intelligent decisions. We are together building a culture where we are described by co-workers as friendly, professional and caring and where you are encouraged to challenge yourself.

We are searching for a Stockholm or Helsinki-based, temporary Visual Project Specialist until the end of November 2025.

Are you a visually skilled project specialist? Do you enjoy managing projects and ensuring they move forward smoothly? Do you get excited about creating B2B advertisements or renewing PowerPoint presentations? If so, we want to hear from you

What will you do?

You will be part of our Nordic content production team, which includes colleagues in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Our skilled team produces newsletters, articles, customer stories, and brochures, as well as texts for marketing automation, advertising, and websites. In addition to a fantastic team, you will be supported by great partners. A significant part of your daily work will involve collaborating with sales, product owners, and our external partners.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading our sales materials renewal project in Sweden and Finland. This means identifying the materials to be updated, scheduling meetings with our partners and stakeholders, and providing your expertise on the finalized materials.
  • Updating PowerPoint presentations, including product materials, meeting materials, etc.
  • Creating a library for all materials to ensure they are easy to find.

Who are you?

We're looking for a Finnish and Swedish-speaking individual with at least 3 years of experience in content production, particularly with PowerPoints, print/digital ads and sales materials. You should have a strong visual eye and be proficient in using either Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud tools, as well as PowerPoint. It's also important that you love project management and have a strong capability to drive your own work and projects. In addition to Finnish and Swedish skills, it is an asset that you also know English, since it is our corporate language.

We place great emphasis on personal characteristics and attitudes in our recruitments and are looking for a colleague with excellent collaboration skills and a positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.

Practical information

Type of employment: Temporary until end of November 2025
Start date: As soon as possible
Office location: Stockholm or Helsinki

The salary for the position ranges from 3,500€ to 4,500€ / month, depending on the experience of the selected person.

And lastly, why us?

We operate in a scalable and digital business with intelligence at the core. We are continuing our exciting journey to become the Nordic knowledge company that powers society with intelligence. Here you will work in an environment with a high development phase where we continuously strive to improve our ways of working and to be innovative in our service development. You would work close to people and businesses with possibilities to make an impact.

We are also proud of the value-based company that we are building together. You would spend your days amongst engaged, caring and competent colleagues that will support and challenge you. And if you do the same, you will make a great colleague. For us, how you act and behave towards your colleagues and external stakeholders is equally important as your competence.
