Description

We are looking for Process Technician / Equipment Technician to support our research and development activities. In this position you will be working in a cleanroom environment conducting experiments, collecting data, performing analyses on the experiments and communicating the results to support our product development. This role you also maintain process equipment's in terms of calibration and basic maintenance. To succeed in this role, you should be a dynamic individual with a relevant technical background.

Your task will include:

  1. Processing, measuring and collecting data of polymer films using techniques common in the semiconductor industry. These include but are not limited to spin-coating, annealing, ellipsometry and microscopy.
  2. Document procedures and communicate results to process engineers.
  3. Prompt and accurate documentation of samples, test methods, and results to support process engineers and other customer-facing groups.
  4. Cooperation in cross-functional teams including chemists, technicians, development engineers and suppliers.
  5. Equipment responsibilities including maintenance and calibration.

Desired skills and abilities:

  1. Secondary Technical education level.
  2. Attention to detail with good observation skills and a consistent way of working.
  3. Proactive and positive working attitude.
  4. Experience of processing and measuring with various techniques in a cleanroom environment.
  5. Previous experience of working with silicon wafers is a benefit.
  6. Ability to communicate well in cross-functional teams in English.
  7. Familiarity with quality systems and procedures is a benefit.
