As part of our Service Desk team:

  1. You will receive and solve IT problems of corporate customers on a daily basis in Finnish, Swedish, and English. We are looking for people who speak English and also speak Swedish and/or Finnish.
  2. You will get a knowledgeable and encouraging work community as part of a well-known international organization.
  3. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop as an IT professional.
  4. You get to solve challenging, interesting, and varied problems.
  5. You will have access to all the necessary tools such as a phone, laptop, and any other remote communication tools.

Typical problem situations are related to workstations, servers, printers, networks, mobile devices, and various software. If necessary, support requests are escalated to a second-level team of experts or local support, but typical problem situations are resolved during the first contact.

We hope from you:

  1. Appropriate IT education or final studies (e.g., datanomi, IT tradenomi).
  2. Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments.
  3. Good management of the Microsoft Office product family.
  4. Experience in AD user management.
  5. Take initiative, are responsible, and diligent.
  6. Versatile problem-solving capabilities and a customer-oriented approach.
  7. Fluent oral and written proficiency in English, Finnish, and Swedish.
  8. ServiceNow expertise is considered an advantage.
  9. Genuine interest in customer service work on IT problem situations.
  10. You are a skilled problem solver and enjoy working even in a hectic work environment.
