We are looking for 2 Technical Writers who want to be part of Tietoevry Tech Services. We serve our customers by combining global capabilities and Nordic proximity and help our customers modernize their digital landscape to be fit for new opportunities in the rapidly changing business environment.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a technical writer, you will be part of Tietoevry's Microsoft Dynamics unit of over 350 consultants in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia and India, delivering projects and services across Northern Europe.

As a Technical Writer you will work in a large multi-year program affecting all Finnish citizens for many years in the future. You will play a crucial role in creating clear, readable, concise documentation that supports our technology solutions, including guidelines, manuals, policies, use cases and user journeys.

This position requires a strong communicator with an understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into user-friendly content. You will work closely with developers, engineers, and project managers to gather information and understand project requirements. In addition, you will contribute in quality assurance by reviewing and editing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

• Technical Writing: Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the IT sector.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT concepts, software development, and technology solutions.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
• Collaboration: Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to understand complex technical issues and convey solutions clearly.
