Mitä tarkoittaa olla HiQlainen?

Se on mielenkiintoisia projekteja, afterwork-kaljoja, Full Stack -Fridayta, uuden oppimista ja toinen toisemme tukemista. Työkavereita, joista tulee aitoja ystäviä. Lapset saa lähteä hakemaan kotiin etuajassa ja välillä taas puristetaan loppukiri porukalla. Haluamme olla yhteisö, jossa haluat olla vuodesta toiseen. Paikka, jossa voit kehittyä työnantajaa vaihtamatta. Jokainen meistä vaikuttaa siihen, mitä tarkoittaa olla HiQlainen.

Roolisi Test Automation Engineerina

Etsimme kokenutta Test Automation Engineeria osaksi pitkäaikaista finanssisektorin asiakkuuttamme. Tässä projektissa rakennat päivittäin käytettäviä pankki-, vakuutus- ja rahoituspalveluita, ja näin ollen vaikutat suoraan tuhansien suomalaisten arkeen. Sinulla on ympärilläsi joukko kokeneita HiQ-kollegoita sekä asiakkaan tiimi, jossa työskennellään ketterillä menetelmillä. Me HiQ:lla arvostamme asiantuntijuuttasi ja saat projektissa toimia itseohjautuvasti ja johtaa omaa työtäsi. Projektit ovat usein pitkiä, joten vakaata ja pitkäjänteistä työtä hakevalle tämä on oiva mahdollisuus.

Odotamme

  • Useamman vuoden (+5) kokemus vaativista kehitysprojekteista
  • Osaamista asiakkaamme tech-stackin parissa, joka pitää sisällään:
    • Robot Framework
    • Jira, Confluence, Jenkins
    • AWS
    • Python
    • CI/CD tekniikoista kokemusta
    • REST API
  • Kokemusta automaatiotestauksesta ja sen sovittamisesta laadun varmistuksen kokonaiskuvaan
  • Kyky huolehtia digipalveluiden laadusta kokonaisuutena
  • Kokemusta integraatiotestauksesta
  • Kyky ymmärtää palveluihin kohdistuvat tarpeet ja peilata niitä testattavaan kokonaisuuteen
  • Työnteko onnistuu pääosin etänä, mutta asiakasprojektit vaativat keskimäärin 1-2 päivää viikossa läsnäoloa pääkaupunkiseudulla.

Asiakkuudessa vaaditaan sujuvaa suomen- ja englanninkielen taitoa. Näemme etuna myös aiemman kokemuksen finanssialalta. Työskentely finanssialan asiakkuudessa vaatii turvallisuusselvityksen sekä mm. luottotietojen tarkistuksen.
