Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Acolad Finland is seeking a talented and ambitious Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Helsinki.

Responsibilities
  1. Take ultimate responsibility for the financial accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet: Prepare and review the monthly accounts, supervise the accounting operations and provide support to the Accounting Shared Service Center team; collaborate closely with the FP&A team on performance analysis.
  2. Take ultimate accountability for the cash collection; work closely with the ASSC team to ensure reasonable DSO and healthy AR Ageing Balance.
  3. Play a key role in the collaboration between local team and ASSC; strengthen the communication to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
  4. Manage all tax filings and support INE Reports.
  5. Lead the annual audit in Finland and in Sweden, and support group audit.
  6. Manage the local accounting team, upholding Acolad cultural values and promoting an environment of support, development, and leadership.
  7. Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and efficiencies in the finance discipline.
  8. Continually review systems, processes, and reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest ways to minimize loss, enhance controls, and improve profitability.
  9. Maintain, review and monitor internal controls and ensure the implementation of Group's policies and procedures.
  10. Provide relevant financial insight and support to the local leadership team and participate in key meetings.
  11. Participate actively in Group's projects and ad hoc assignments.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Degree in Finance or Economy.
  2. At least 8 years' proven experience in Finance, ideally starting from an audit firm, followed by financial control in an international group.
  3. Experience in operating in an international company having operations in several countries.
  4. Strong accounting experience.
  5. Knowledge of local tax requisites.
  6. Background in audit processes.
  7. Experience in operating in a professional services company; localization industry experience is a plus.
  8. Autonomy and a proactive attitude; team player.
  9. Analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  10. Ability to prioritize tasks and workload.
  11. Fluent in English and Finnish is a must; Swedish is a plus.
