**Strategic Legal Counsel Wanted for High-Growth Tech Company**

We are seeking a sharp, humble, and agile legal professional to join our international legal team in Helsinki.

You will be part of our global legal team and report directly to the Group's General Counsel.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Prepare, draft, review, and negotiate customer, partner, and vendor contracts and other legal documents
  • Handle administration and resolution of legal issues that arise in the business
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and reduce potential areas of risk
  • Provide strategic business-oriented advice guidance and support to our sales, customer success, product and engineering, leadership, finance, people, and operations teams
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our legal processes
**Requirements:**
  • A law degree and an active license in your jurisdiction of practice, that is in good standing for the entire period
  • 3+ years of experience with a broad range of legal areas
  • Specific experience with SaaS and online advertising related legal issues is desirable
  • Experience in commercial contracts and data protection is highly valued
  • Proven ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly to senior business leaders and stakeholders
  • Strong deal-making skills, encompassing more than just legal negotiations—the ability to drive business outcomes
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at handling multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • A collaborative, hands-on approach—willingness to contribute to various tasks and topics as needed
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Availability to work from our Helsinki office at least three days per week
