You'll support residents with their daily needs, build meaningful connections, and help make every day special. What You’ll Do
• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Promote Independence: Encourage residents to stay active and involved in their daily routines.
• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Create Joy: Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.
• Protect Dignity: Provide dependable care with patience, respect, and compassion. What You’ll Bring
