Who You Are:

You are a Software Engineer who is not only technically skilled but also naturally curious, someone who thrives on exploring new ideas, solving complex problems, and continuously learning. In this role, you'll work across the full stack to build scalable, high-performance applications that deliver real value to our users.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to design and implement innovative solutions. Your curiosity will be key in driving experimentation, improving systems, and staying ahead of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Collaborate with team members to define architecture and technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Explore and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and back-end frameworks (e.g., .NET, Python).
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Dataverse).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
• Interest in data-driven development and experimentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks and tools such as Vite and
• Experience building solutions with Copilot Studio.
