Join Samlink as a Competence Manager to lead our QA Engineers and unlock a world of endless possibilities in designing, developing, and supporting cutting-edge software products, services, and systems. Please note that our offices are located in Espoo and Jyväskylä, and the candidate would need to be based in these areas.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise


•5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams


•5+ years of experience in QA related tasks


•Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, practices, frameworks, and tools.


•Leadership skills guiding and motivating development teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.


•Proficient in project management, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.


•Business acumen to understand customer needs, market trends, and align quality assurance with business objectives.

Preferred Skills and Experience


•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent job experience.


•Experience in one or more Hyperscaler to leverage cloud-native solutions.


•Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.


•Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges in software development projects.


•Professional experience in the banking and/or payments industry.


•Proficiency in Finnish language.
