  • Own and grow relationships with named enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior decision-makers.
  • Drive new ARR and license revenue through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans aligned with regional and annual targets.
  • Apply value-based, ROI-driven solution-selling methodologies to position complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Qualify, manage, and progress opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from discovery to negotiation and contract closure.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline and activities using CRM and sales intelligence tools.
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources to ensure successful customer outcomes and long-term account growth.
RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong record of exceeding targets.Proven success selling complex, strategic technology solutions to large organizations.Experience engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders across multiple industries.Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to clearly articulate business value.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining disciplined execution.Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven, with a collaborative mindset.Comfortable working independently within a matrixed, cross-functional environment.Proficiency with common productivity and CRM tools.Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 50 percent.
