VP, Legal Project Management Office

We are looking for a VP, Legal Project Management Office in Espoo. Join us in shaping robust governance and operational excellence at the heart of our legal function.

About the Role

As VP, Legal PMO, you will lead and manage the Meetings Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with legal and business objectives. This role focuses on governance, coordination, and efficiency across critical meetings and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating Board and Board Committee meetings
• Coordinating FLT and FLT Committee meetings
• Coordinating Shareholders' Nomination Board meetings
• Preparing agendas and ensuring compliance with meeting protocols
• Serving as a secretary of assigned Board and Committee meetings
• Driving meeting processes and procedures to ensure clarity, compliance, and efficiency
• Managing and developing active collaboration with stakeholders involved in meeting tasks
• Lead digitalization efforts within your scope, making full use of legal tools to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency
• Maintain accuracy and compliance under tight timelines and high-intensity periods
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to align processes and resolve complexities efficiently
• Assisting GC, EVP Legal

About You

You bring deep expertise in corporate governance and legal processes. You feel confident in complex environments where priorities shift and timelines are tight. With a structured approach and strong problem-solving skills, you maintain accuracy and compliance also during high-intensity periods.

Your clear communication and collaborative mindset help you build trust across diverse stakeholders. You demonstrate leadership and integrity in everything you do, and you're comfortable embracing technology, using digital tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

What we're looking for:

• Master of Law degree
• At least 15+ years of corporate governance or related experience
• Proven ability to manage high-intensity periods and deadlines
• Excellent ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence outcomes across organizational boundaries, even without direct reporting lines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
• Experience in process improvement
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Can do-attitude
