What is Freska?

A home cleaning company, founded in Finland in 2015

A team of 1300 people from over 60 different nationalities

We're looking for new amazing home cleaners to join our team

Our home cleaner position in a nutshell:

Fixed-term employment until with guaranteed hours according to your schedule (10 h/week)

Paid training days & additional trainings whenever needed

Your calendar is filled mostly with your own regular customers

Weekends and evenings off - you can spend them as you wish

Occupational health care

Paid holidays according to the Collective Agreement

A few things that are important for you to have:

At least 1–2 years of experience in home cleaning

A valid work permit in Finland

Ability to work in English or Finnish

A stable schedule for regular customers (ideally Mon-Fri 8 hours/day)

Having your own car is seen as an advantage but not necessary

Important:

As we receive a large number of applications, we will prioritize those from applicants who clearly have previous cleaning experience. In your application, please briefly describe where, for how long, and what kind of cleaning tasks you have done.

Palkallinen perehdytysjakso ja lisäkoulutusta aina tarvittaessa

Viikonloput ja illat vapaat - vietä ne haluamallasi tavalla

Työterveydenhuollon

TES:in mukaiset palkalliset lomat

Meille on tärkeää, että sinulla on:

Vähintään 1–2 vuoden kokemus kotisiivouksesta

Suomessa voimassa oleva työlupa

Kykyä työskennellä suomeksi tai englanniksi

Säännöllinen aikataulu omia vakiasiakkaita varten (ideaalisti 8h/päivä ma-pe)

Kokemus vastaavista tehtävistä

Oma auto nähdään etuna, mutta ei ole välttämätön
