About the Opportunity
ECC Group is seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to take the lead on some of Europe's most innovative and technically complex data centre and mission-critical builds.

You'll join a high-performing international team of construction professionals delivering projects that push the boundaries of efficiency, precision, and performance. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the infrastructure powering Europe's digital future.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of project delivery from concept through completion, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, and execution.
  • Lead and coordinate client, consultant, and contractor teams to drive progress and achieve key milestones.
  • Manage snagging, commissioning, and close-out activities to world-class standards.
  • Identify potential issues early and drive effective, results-focused solutions.
  • Implement and refine project processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and continual improvement.
  • Represent ECC Group on site as a trusted leader, communicator, and partner to clients.

What You Bring

  • Degree in
    Engineering, Construction Management
    , or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated success managing
    large-scale construction projects
    , ideally in
    data centres
    ,
    pharma
    , or
    mission-critical environments
    .
  • Solid technical understanding of
    CSA and MEP systems
    .
  • Experience managing
    contractors, vendors, and client relationships
    on complex builds.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for delivering excellence.
