Senior Java SAP Developer

• Design and implement scalable, secure backend services and APIs.
• Model databases and optimize queries to handle high traffic and large datasets.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP/GraphQL endpoints and integrate external services (payments, messaging, shipping).
• Lead assigned third-party integrations; represent the company in partner calls/emails.
• Ensure code quality (clean, documented), conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
• Apply security best practices (prevent SQLi, XSS, common exploits) and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; align technical decisions with business goals.
• Create technical documentation and contribute to architectural/tooling decisions.
• Stay current on backend technologies and methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–6+ years in Java with strong OOP; proficient with Spring.
• 1+ year in SAP Commerce (Hybris): architecture, components, and platform customizations.
• Strong ORM experience (Hibernate; SAP Commerce ORM is a plus).
• Hands-on with SOAP/REST/GraphQL/gRPC services.
• In-depth MySQL (schema design, complex queries, performance).
• Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Version control with Git.
• Experience designing custom features aligned to platform architecture.
• Knowledge of design patterns for eCommerce solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and teamwork.
• Third-party integrations (payment gateways, shipping providers).
• Quick learner; Agile experience (Kanban/Scrum); familiarity with AWS.
• Performance optimization: identify bottlenecks and deliver fixes.
• Advance English.

• Deeper SAP Commerce ORM expertise (beyond basics).
• AWS hands-on for deploying/operating SAP Commerce workloads.
