Junior Marketing and Communications Coordinator

To succeed in our goal, we're now looking for a Junior Marketing and Communications Coordinator to help us make it happen. 

As our Junior Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you'll be joining our Group Brand and Marketing team. Your main task will be to support our group-level marketing and communications activities and gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and internal communications. 

Your key tasks and responsibilities include: 

• Managing and maintaining the Group LinkedIn channel (e.g. planning writing, producing, and scheduling posts as well as collaborating with the team on content ideas and themes). 
• Creating and editing content for marketing and internal communications on a group level, including internal news, intranet content, short-form texts, and updates. 
• Contributing to bringing our intranet up-to-date (e.g. content review and structuring, updates, and development support).
• Providing holiday back-up for marketing and communications activities on a group level 
• Opportunity to assist with visual content production (e.g., social media visuals, simple graphics, layouts)
• Supporting in all group-level marketing and communications tasks as needed

Due to our small team size, this role offers broad exposure and real hands-on responsibility. It's an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in group-level marketing and communications through varied, execution-focused tasks. The position is fixed-term, full-time, and you'll be based in Espoo, working in a flexible hybrid model with regular team meet-ups at our Keilaniemi office.

Internship period: May - September

Salary: 2500 EUR / month

We're looking for a student or an early-career professional in marketing, communications, or a related field, who's ready to make an impact. To succeed in this position: 

• You have experience with relevant studies (e.g. marketing or communications)
• You have a strong interest in business and understanding of marketing, communications, and content creation 
• You have a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style as well as the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
• You are fluent in English and Finnish. We expect you to have excellent English writing skills, especially for the marketing and communications content. 
• You have solid understanding of social media channels.

What's considered a plus (but not required):

•  Experience or interest in visual content creation for social media (e.g. Figma, Adobe tools, or similar)
• Previous experience in marketing or communications (internship, summer job, or through studies) 
• Understanding of B2B marketing or a technology / SaaS business environment 
• Experience with content management systems
