Operations Associate

About us:

We're a fast-growing, international startup building Europe's fastest car transport network. We connect car dealerships with drivers to move vehicles across borders in just days, not weeks. (Think Uber, but for car logistics.)

Why this role, and why now?

We're currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic maverick to join our on-site team in Helsinki. In this  role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the weekly movement of hundreds of vehicles across borders throughout Europe. You'll work closely with our support teams to ensure everything runs smoothly, providing critical support behind the scenes to keep our logistics flowing.  

This position offers an incredible opportunity for a young, ambitious individual eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required. What matters most is your motivation, willingness to learn, and your ability to take ownership of your responsibilities.  

What you'll do:

  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize the weekly schedules for vehicle transportation across Europe.
  • Work as a key part of the operations team, ensuring timely and efficient vehicle movement.
  • Collaborate with various support teams to ensure a smooth operation and positive experience for all.
  • Take responsibility and ownership of your tasks, driving continuous improvement.
