Are you passionate about planning and operational improvement? Musti Group is looking for a
Senior Development Specialist*
to drive and support supply chain development across our operations. This is a hands-on role where you will dive into operational details in a wide range of areas. You will be assigned to development initiatives connected to end-to-end supply chain planning, crossing over into warehousing, replenishment, purchasing, logistics and manufacturing. Cross-functional collaboration with commercial, IT and finance teams is also expected.

You will be based in Musti Group's head office in Helsinki Käpylä. Organizationally you will be positioned in the supply chain function where you will report to the Head of Planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver small projects and actively participate in large projects such as supply chain integrations and ERP implementation
• Design and implement calculation tools, reports and new procedures
• Map processes and define requirements for IT systems

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of generalist supply chain background with project responsibilities, or alternatively hands-on SCM consulting. Retail or e-commerce background is an advantage.
• Experience from executing a wide array of development projects within multiple supply chain areas, especially planning-related projects
• Understanding of supply chain costs and KPIs
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design practical Excel tools and templates useable by others. Proficiency with Excel data structures, nested functions and complex pivot tables is an advantage.
• Experience with Relex or similar supply chain planning tools is an advantage.
• Experience with supply chain systems integrations between different companies is highly beneficial
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Finnish and Swedish are considered an advantage

The position is based in Helsinki Käpylä with the possibility to work remotely two days a week. We often have furry friends in the office; therefore, the work might not be suitable for a person who is allergic to pets.
