As our new Junior Account Manager, you will be part of the public sector sales team and work together with other account managers in managing customer relationships, participating in tenders, and handling sales processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow as a specialist in public sector digitalization.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Work on sales tasks for designated public sector clients (e.g., municipalities, ministries, educational institutions)
- Monitor public tenders and assist in preparing offers
- Attend customer meetings and learn contract management processes
- Update customer information in the CRM system and ensure that sales pipeline is up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners (e.g., Microsoft, Google, AWS)
What we need to see from you:
- Relevant higher-level degree (e.g., business, technical, or administrative field) or in the final stages of studies
- Hands-on experience in a customer-facing role
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn new things
- Good communication skills and ability to work with customers
- Interest in the public sector environment and digitalization
