We are looking for
Summer Trainees
to join our international group of finance professionals at GF Building Flow Solution Financial Services. The trainees we are currently hiring will join one of our three teams: Receivables Management, Payables Management or Payments Operations.
This is a full-time position for approximately four months, typically between May and August, with exact timing based on the applicant's availability.
We are offering a chance for passionate people who are not afraid to aim high and are ready to learn and assist in different financial tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and other transactional accounting services, according to your background and interests.
Financial Services offers transactional financial services to GF BFS units in nine European countries. We collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including Business Controllers and their representatives, local Sourcing and Planning teams, Warehouses, Customer Service, as well as GF BFS Division Finance and Group Treasury.
To succeed in our team, you have a positive and proactive attitude combined with good IT skills, especially MS Office, and the ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems. You pay special attention to detail and enjoy problem solving. You communicate fluently in English and may have some knowledge of other European languages. You may be in the middle of your economics/accounting studies and already have some relevant work experience, e.g. in assistant accounting tasks. But more importantly you are a real team player and willing to learn.
We have modern and comfortable facilities in Ilmala, Helsinki, with good transportation connections. We work in a hybrid model (minimum 40% at the office) which enables flexibility and possibilities for teamwork.
