We are now looking for a customer-oriented
System Specialist
to join our team in
Jyväskylä
and become part of creating success stories for our customers.

As a System Specialist, you will work with
Valmet DNA automation systems
as part of our skilled team. Your tasks will include individual customer visits, planning and executing lifecycle-maintaining update projects, and solving challenges faced by our customers. Depending on your skills and interests, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to maintaining and developing cybersecurity. You'll also participate in the continuous development of operations and services in collaboration with the rest of the team. You will work independently in Central Finland region and take the responsibility for customer accounts in your area. You'll actively develop solutions tailored to each site and support our sales team by presenting solutions to customers that help ensure smooth production.

Requirements
You should already be familiar with automation, process, or information technology through a relevant technical education (Bachelor of Engineering). To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong knowledge and previous experience of working with Valmet DNA automation systems through application or system design
  • Ability to work independently and organize your own work
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Interest and patience in developing your professional skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Finnish and English
  • Willingness to travel within Finland, mainly in Central Finland area, but also elsewhere in Finland when needed

We also value knowledge of virtual technologies (VMware and Hyper-V), computer networks, and routers.
