As our new
Development Lead*
, you'll play a key role in driving the delivery of embedded software and edge analytics solutions that power Danfoss' digital services. You'll lead a skilled, distributed development team and ensure fast, predictable, and high-quality execution of product increments and customer deliveries—always aligned with our business and architectural goals.

Your impact? Reliable, visible release plans, dedicated team performance, and timely customer outcomes. Customers will benefit from seamless digital solutions, while our teams gain clarity, focus, and confidence in delivery.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Owner(s), Architect, subcontractors, and partners while reporting to the Head of Digital Portfolio. Together, you'll help us build the next generation of digital services that strengthen Danfoss' role as the leading digital service provider in our industry.

*What You'll Be Doing*

• Lead development execution: Coordinate development activities to optimize product value, cost, and quality.
• Drive delivery excellence: Ensure predictable, on-time delivery of product increments and customer commitments.
• Align plans with strategy: Work with Product Owner(s) and Architect to translate roadmaps and backlog into actionable plans that balance business priorities and technical standards.
• Manage releases and CI/CD: Oversee release planning, backlog refinement, CI/CD pipeline practices, and delivery reviews.
• Foster team growth: Build team capability and resilience, mentor developers, and strengthen collaboration across internal teams and subcontractors.

*What We're Looking For*

• Technical background: Proven experience in embedded software development (C/C++, RTOS) and/or Front End development (React, Angular); knowledge of IoT protocols and data processing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Leadership & delivery: Strong experience leading development teams, managing release plans, and coordinating daily execution.
• Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and in multicultural, virtual teams; skilled at aligning technical execution with product and architectural goals.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, with experience working across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mindset: Initiative-taking, iterative, resilient—comfortable in fast-paced environments and quick to remove blockers.
