Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland RELEX Solutions Full time

Who we are

We're bold thinkers and kind teammates, growing fast but staying grounded. Our Nordic roots and global outlook shape a culture of friendliness, creativity, and collaboration, all powered by openness and shared wins. We care deeply about doing the right thing – and doing it together.

We aim to improve the flow of goods, time, and energy – and we know we can't shape the future by clinging to the past. So, we keep evolving, together.

What we do

RELEX Solutions delivers a unified supply chain planning platform for retailers and manufacturers, enabled by proven AI technology. We help companies optimize demand forecasting, replenishment, merchandising, pricing and promotions, supply chain operations, and production planning across the end-to-end value chain.

With a global team of over 2,000 professionals, we work side-by-side with our customers to solve real problems with lasting impact. Companies trust RELEX to increase product availability, boost sales, deliver actionable insights, improve sustainability, and drive profitable growth.

In response to our growth, we are now looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Foundations team in Finland or Portugal. This is a hands-on, development-focused role where you'll help shape the cloud foundations that every RELEX product team builds upon.

What we need you to do and be

Bring your ideas. Challenge ours. Grow with us.

You will work with…

As a Cloud Engineer in our Cloud Foundations team, you'll collaborate with cloud, networking, and security specialists to build the shared "fabric layer" that powers all RELEX platform teams. Your work will directly influence our standards, automation patterns, and how teams consume cloud services across the company.

Your core mission is to:

  • Build and improve Azure Landing Zones following Cloud Adoption Framework principles.
  • Develop Terraform-based infrastructure automation for secure, scalable self-service provisioning.
  • Strengthen cloud governance with automation for Azure Policy, compliance, cost controls, and tagging standards.
  • Collaborate with networking and security specialists to integrate connectivity, guardrails, and monitoring into our landing zones.
  • Support platform teams by delivering production-ready foundational services that accelerate their work.
  • Contribute to RELEX's cloud-first transformation by improving modules, patterns, and shared services.

You will support…

Our platform engineering, Kubernetes, and Developer Experience teams by giving them secure-by-default environments, predictable infrastructure, and automation that lets them move faster. You'll be an enabler, not a ticket solver.

You will contribute to…

The long-term evolution of RELEX's cloud platform. In 2026, this includes maturing our landing zone model, improving shared services, and gradually migrating existing deployments into the new structure. You'll play a key role by learning the landscape quickly and contributing to code early on.

What you'll bring to the table

Our five values are our playbook. We speak up when things don't make sense. We stop doing what doesn't add value. We stay curious, back each other up, and make space for both innovation and laughter.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • 3+ years of cloud engineering experience, preferably with Azure
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
  • Good understanding of Azure fundamentals (compute, networking, IAM/Entra ID, databases)
  • Familiarity with DevOps and automation principles
  • Awareness of cloud governance (policies, compliance, cost management)
  • Ability to collaborate across domains and communicate clearly
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Bonus points for:

  • Azure certifications
  • Terraform Cloud experience
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes/AKS
  • Exposure to Azure Virtual WAN, hub–spoke networking, or policy-as-code
  • Multi-cloud experience (AWS/GCP)

What we offer in return

You'll be supported and given the space to thrive. We offer meaningful work, flexibility, and a culture that backs you to share your voice and be authentic.

You'll enjoy:

  • An international career and continuous learning opportunities
  • A rapidly growing and financially robust software company with space to grow now and in the future
  • High autonomy, room for creativity, and work that has a real impact
  • A diverse, inclusive, and supportive team culture
  • Flexible working, hybrid options, and a healthy work-life balance
  • Competitive compensation and benefits tailored to your location

These are the RELEX key benefits:

  • Flexible working
  • Annual leave
  • Internet and mobile phone benefits
  • Diverse, inclusive, and supportive work culture
  • Meaningful work with a commitment to a more sustainable future
  • High autonomy & room for creativity
  • Strong team spirit through company parties, team days, and after-work activities
  • Family-oriented policies
  • Flat hierarchies
  • Two paid volunteering days per year

We are a global community of different cultures, voices, and experiences. We celebrate what makes us unique and connect through what we share, in an authentic and safe environment. Together, we shape the future —and each other.

Apply today and be part of the future. Be RELEX.

If you feel this is the opportunity you don't want to miss, you can apply by sending your cover letter and resume through the application form as soon as possible.

If you have questions, Rebekka from our Talent Acquisition team is happy to answer them by email ). Please note that we cannot process any applications through email.
