Miltä työpäiväsi näyttää?

Palveluohjaajana varmistat, että työskentely kohteissa sujuu sujuvasti ja tehokkaasti. Ohjaat ja tuet siivoojia, huolehdit laadunvalvonnasta sekä varmistat, että asiakkaan odotukset ja toimintamme kohtaavat. Työsi on itsenäistä, mutta teet tiivistä yhteistyötä niin asiakkaiden kuin oman tiimisi kanssa. Palveluohjaajan työnkuvaan kuuluu asiakaspalvelutilanteiden hoitaminen suomen kielellä, jonka lisäksi palveluohjaajan tulee perehdyttää ja ymmärtää suomen kielellä olevat työ- ja työturvallisuusohjeet.

Menestyt työssäsi, jos sinulla on:

  • Kokemusta siivousalalta
  • Hyvät organisointi- ja vuorovaikutustaidot
  • Kyky johtaa ja motivoida tiimi
  • Kykyä kommunikoida suomeksi ja englanniksi, muu kielitaito on plussa
  • Ajokortti (B), sillä työ edellyttää liikkumista kohteiden välillä

Työ pähkinänkuoressa:

  • Työn sijainti Helsinki ja lähialueet
  • Tuntipalkka 14.50 € / h
  • Työaika 37.5 tuntia viikossa
  • Työaika sijoittuu maanantaista perjantaihin, klo 6:00 am - 18:00 välille
  • Reilu työnantaja – noudatamme kiinteistönhuoltoalan työehtosopimusta
