In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers and ensure the configuration integrity of key applications such as Salesforce, AWS, and Snowflake. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise operations by implementing industry best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and strategic vision, making it pivotal to the successful delivery of services to important clients. Accountabilities
  • Define and execute the enterprise DevOps and Configuration Management roadmap.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
  • Define and implement a unified CM strategy leveraging GIT.
  • Design, build, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Drive the evolution of current DevOps practices into a full DevSecOps model.
  • Oversee the configuration integrity of all application environments.
  • Implement rigorous auditing processes and controls.
  • Produce and provide input into program-level reports, metrics, and dashboards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience in configuration management.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Release Manager in an enterprise-level environment.
  • Expert with CMMI (specifically CMMI-DEV ML-3) process and framework.
  • Expert understanding of configuration challenges and deployment strategies for Salesforce, AWS, and Snowflake.
  • Expertise with branching strategies, version control, and pipeline automation tools.
  • Experience with Continuous Development/Deployment/Integration design and best practices.
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading and/or managing a remote distributed team.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
